Life methodology

Leadership is the most important aspect of many things from , business or a project , to many more  So here are some tips on leadership :  I'll keep it short and simple  1. Personal responsibility - a leader has to check all the project and things his company working on and personal check all the detail and visit sites .. 2. Keep personal communication - something just going out with your team and enjoying a meal and asking them about there lives and there families  3. Positivity - you have to stay positive not from outside but from outside to and you can't let negativity enter your office or reach your team .
